Charity class every 8 pm Tuesday

We call our Tuesday 8 pm class our Karma class. Karma is a sanskit word that is the concept of “action” or “deed” and is understood to mean that which underlies the entire cycle of cause and effect. In modern times, it may be seen as simply “reap what you sow”.

To share yoga with our community, Bikram Yoga Manila has set the 8 pm Tuesday class at both our studios as our weekly “Karma class”. For those who are unable to commit to a regular package or would like to attend just one class a week, this class fits perfectly. Instead of the usual fee of Php800 for a single class, students can come on Tuesday night for the 8 pm class and pay only Php450. This fee will be donated to either the Girl Scouts of the Philippines or the Philippine Cerebral Palsy Association. This is one way we are able to give back for the many blessings we continue to receive.

See you in class!

35% OFF Early Bird promo!

Get 35% off our regular one-month unlimited price for those who will attend only the 6:30 am class. In our Makati studio, we now have 6:30 am classes 4x a week. If you attend all these classes, then you pay only Php240 per class! Call us in Makati at 889-1011 to inquire!

The 30 Day Challenge

Is your health a priority? If it is, then challenge yourself to do one class each day for 30 days. You can take this challenge at any time during the year and all that is needed is for you to be mentally prepared for this commitment.

The mechanics of the challenge are as follows: all those who wish to take up the challenge must take one class per day for 30 days. In case there is a conflict in your schedule (i.e. work or personal matter) that prevents you from taking a class, please know that we only allow at most four (4) doubles (i.e. doing 2 classes on the same day as a way of making up the missed day) for the challenge effort to be valid. We are allowing at least one double per week so that more people can take the Challenge.

Students are advised not to begin a 30-day Challenge if their challenge period contains a long holiday (ex. Easter). If they do, it is the responsibility of the student to plan their doubles up to the specified limit accordingly.

Beyond 30 days, students must not do more than 4 doubles for each 30-day installment of the challenge for their efforts to be considered. Studio closure does not mean an extension of the period of your challenge. Before starting a challenge, please bear in mind your schedule and the schedule of the studio (i.e. in case the studio is closed for some holiday). Should our studio be closed, you can do a class at another studio and let us know. Honesty is key. If you do more than 4 classes at another studio, we will not consider your challenge as being done with Bikram Yoga Manila.

The biggest reward is the personal sense of achievement that comes from completing the challenge. That and a total change in your body: greater flexibility and range of motion, fat replaced by muscle and an irreplaceable feeling of lightness and health.
