Depression
Before I joined yoga class I was so depressed but I don’t want to discuss the reasons anymore. My life changed after I attended 3 yoga classes not to mention that it’s my first exercise in my entire life. After the 3 initial sessions, I continued to practice. I watch what I eat now, no more soda, sweets & rice! After my 30-day challenge, I lost weight. In terms of clothes size, I dropped from an XL to a large. My friends & colleagues are noticing the changes in my body & it’s like music in my ear when they tell me “Hey! You’re losing weight!” Bikram yoga is the kind of exercise that I really recommend to my friends and I am so proud to let them know that I’m into yoga because they can see the results, it saved my life & it gave me a better outlook in life!
